Ruckus is a fun-loving, handsome hound, found as a stray in western Illinois.  He's a rowdy country boy who's eagerly and quickly learning city manners.  He's housebroken, social and always up for a good time.  He stays in a crate while his foster parents are at work, and sleeps on a dog bed at night.  He has been attending basic obedience classes, and is doing very well with Sit, Down, Take It, Leave It, and learning how to walk nicely on a leash.

Ruckus loves to go outside, explore the yard and lay in the sun, so would do best in a home with a fenced yard.  He gets along with most other dogs, but hasn't been tested with cats.
