Palmer is a 10 week old, terrier mix puppy.  He is one of Vivian’s seven adorable puppies.  Palmer is cute, cute and cute!  He has a wonderful temperament and loves to be around people, other dogs (big and small) and cats.  He is active, friendly, social and did I mention … CUTE!  Palmer would do well in any home looking for a puppy with energy and personality.
