Monroe is the most amazing, little dog.  He has an amazing spirit and survived many, many years at a puppy mill. He was rescued with a large group of dogs.   He was very fearful of men, but is starting to learn how to trust.  He loves to snuggle on the couch and sleep on your bed.  He loves to go for long walks and just wags his tail the whole time you walk.  He would do best in a quieter home with someone to love him.  He is eight years young and he deserves a forever home after so many years of struggle.  Can you find a place in your heart and home for him?  Let's give this little boy a happy ending.
