Hamilton is named after the location in Illinois where he was found outside the animal control facility. He was there with another small breed dog and her puppies. He is a Cockapoo and is 4 years old (DOB is 11/30/06.) His weight is 17 pounds. His hair is soft and fine and will need groomed about every 2 months. His personality is reserved but he seems to attach to one person in the household. He interacted politely with children that were 7 and older. He has not been assessed around toddlers. He tolerates other dogs that are calm and quiet. He has not been tested with cats yet. He has excellent house manners and likes to sleep in a dog bed.  He enjoys the chew bones and treats. He will be a good match for someone looking for a dog with a low energy/activity level as he is very comfortable sleeping at one's feet day or night.
