Hi! My name is Dax and I am a Doxie mix and weigh 12 lbs. My first six months of my life have not been pleasant. I was rescued from someone who was trying to sell me at a flea market in Hancock County. My rescuer contacted FPO for help and so here I am. I have so much love to give that my Foster Mom would like me to find a home where I would be the only pet and I would be the center of attention all the time. I would like that too. I won't let my Foster Mom out of my sight yet, but in time I will learn to trust that nothing bad will ever happen to me again. Even with all the bad times I've had, I still have a great personality and love being with people. Foster Mom also says that I'm GREAT with kids!

Our adoption fee is $200 and includes all vaccinations, spay/neuter, micro chip, heartworm test and much more.
