Surrendering a Pet

Foster Pet Outreach is a small group of dedicated volunteers who have joined together to help homeless and abandoned cats and dogs. We bring these pets into our personal homes to provide safety, socialization and nuturing until adoption. Because of the personal attention we choose to give to each animal, we are very limited in how many animals we can accept. Our policy is to first help the truly homeless.
