Hi, my name is
Tomasina. I am six years old and am still looking for the perfect home. I
have never met a person who I didn’t immediately love. I can sit on laps
day in and day out and never grow tired. I also love attention from kids
and will play as long as they want to. I think kittens make great company,
too. Their sporadic behavior is amusing and keeps me busy. Right now I
live with Sumo, another cat in my foster home. He and I get along like peas
and carrots. This isn’t always true for me, though. When it comes to cats
I have a complicated past. I’m not fond of girls at all –too much drama.
Even though Sumo and I are buddies, I’ve been known to have issues with
other male cats, too. I probably won’t start the cat fight, but I probably
won’t back down from it either. That’s why Sumo is such a great guy; he
never wants to fight. I have to be honest though; I have an especially
sweet spot for dogs. My best friend is my foster family’s pit bull, Hoss.
Though I relish our snuggle time, I am willing to sacrifice this for my
perfect home. I know my family is out there
and I can’t wait to meet them!
Foster Pet Outreach prefers to limit our
adoptions to an area within approximately 60 miles of Peoria, Illinois so we
can keep our promise to return the pet to our foster care program if the
adoption is not successful. Out of State adoptions are out of the question.
