Hootie

Foster Pet Outreach prefers to limit
our adoptions to an area within approximately 60 miles of Peoria, Illinois
so we can keep our promise to return the pet to our foster care program if
the adoption is not successful. Out of State adoptions are out of the
question.
Please contact us via email for further
information.

Hootie is a
good ol' dog. He's in search of a quiet place to lay his head, and enjoy
his days. Adopted as a 9 week old puppy with his sister Sassy, he was
much loved by his family, until his owners passed away last December.
Hootie is a happy guy, but because he's never been around small children
and their energy, we'd prefer he and his sister go to a home with out
small tykes. While Hootie and Sassy have been together forever, we will
separate them if we need to - but as long as you are giving love to one
senior, could you try to give it to both?

health needs. While Hootie is healthy now, he is an old dog, and health issues
may arise. His family needs to be willing to deal with chronic health condition that
may need attention. This pet might need medication or
a special diet, and might have a shortened life span.
